ELIXIRION, a Marie Skłodowska-Curie HORIZON-TMA-MSCA-DOCTORAL NETWORK project (PROPOSAL # 101120135), to be officially launched on the 1st of November 2023 offers ten (10) PhD positions in eight European countries.

The project will work towards the first fully-integrated, inter- and multi-disciplinary, highly-innovative training and research network that will set the foundations of the emerging Healthcare 4.0 paradigm by leveraging 6G technologies targeting to: i) provide all citizens/patients with a wide range of services of different requirements, such as ultra-low latency for latency-critical applications, high speed for data hungry services and ubiquitous secure access to healthcare resources, anytime, anywhere, respecting all privacy aspects, and ii) ensure a secure, efficient, and profitable healthcare ecosystem to all involved stakeholders, while creating a sustainable open market easing access to new players.

The project researchers will work both at the physical and the network layer domains, aiming at designing systems and algorithms for building the Healthcare 4.0 ecosystem of tomorrow.

The Doctoral Candidates (DCs) enrollments are under very attractive conditions with competitive salaries offered in Marie Curie Doctoral Network projects. The selected DCs will join top-class research groups and have a unique opportunity to pursue a career in wireless communications, artificial intelligence, as well as numerical analysis and modeling. Working in this ambitious research project, DCs could lead to the successful completion of a doctoral degree, together with a very strong joint multidisciplinary research training program in the fields of wireless communications, artificial intelligence, as well as numerical analysis and modeling. The planned mobility among eight European Union (EU) countries and ten institutions is a plus of these job positions.
