Ambitious and dynamic engineer with experience in management, business systems, leadership, public speaking, project management, and international relations. Currently working as a teaching assistant at University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, and part-time ERASMUS+ Officer focused on Higher Education mobility. Well-networked and very passionate about volunteering programs with experience 7 years in this field. Educated in engineering and business management with a specialization in business systems engineering.

Quality Engineering (EN): QFD method, technical level, value analysis.
Operation and supply chain management (EN): workflow design, Pugh matrices, strategic capacity management.
Entrepreneurship (EN): business plan components.
Research Methodology (EN): literature review, research tools, and methodologies, research interpretation, SPSS.
Marketing Research (RO): research methods, marketing plan components.
Management (RO): basic management tools, SMART objectives, scheduling activities, critical path method, risk management, business communication, and decision-making tools.
And ERASMUS+ Officer:
- promoting Erasmus+ HEI mobilities among students;
- creating content for the Erasmus website section and promotion campaign (Erasmus Open Doors);
- counseling students on HEI mobility matters;
- creating and completing administrative paperwork: contracts, certificates, agreements.
- interacting and negotiating with institutions' mobility agreements.
- mapping Erasmus+ HEI mobility in processes;
- managing Erasmus Dashboard institutional account.
