Scientific manager of the DOCTALENT4EU project "TransformingEurope Through Doctoral Talent and Skills Recognition"

SPECIFIC TASKS TO PERFORM BY THE SCIENTIFIC MANAGER:

• Support on the internationalization of UAH Doctoral School
• Support on the accomplishment of the objectives of WP2 of DOCTALENT4EUproject: (1) Mapping of available open courses on transferable skills; (2)Courses design on relevant sets of skills based on input from WP1; (3)Implementation and optimization of training courses in Doctoral Schools orPhD programmes of the different partners; (4) Handbook development, todocument the process followed in the project and make it available to otherHEIs.
• Support to achieve the tasks in the rest of WPs in DOCTALENT4EU, includingWP1 (skills definition), WP3 (digital credentials), WP4 (career development),WP5 (evaluation) and WP6 (Communication, dissemination and exploitation).
