The European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers (EURODOC) has analysed the doctoral landscape across Europe. The national reports give a general overview of the standard structure of doctorates, including insights on the funding and mobility opportunities, training and supervision provided as well as the defence procedures in twelve different countries.

The reports are a relevant source of information for future and current PhD candidates who would like to learn more about the legal and organisational framework of doctorates in a specific country.
